Day 5 (3/20) Americas Day: Chicken and Steak Street Tacos, Pico de Gallo, and Tortillas, with baked Cinnamon-Sugar "Doughnut Holes" for dessert. No pics of dessert, unfortunately,--we were in a hurry to make enough to share at the Electives Showcase.
The kids had a lot of fun learning how to make lots of new foods...and we only had two small injuries (one cut, one burn) all week. Success!
